4.1.04. Sections 4.1.01 and 4.1.03 do not apply to employees who have reached 71 years of age or those who do not meet the membership criteria of the Fonds de solidarité FTQ. Despite the foregoing, the mandatory contribution provided for in section 4.1.02 must be paid to the employee as benefit.
